What if I don’t have a gmail account?

Please see above for the link to sign your existing address up for a Google account.

What about the old Google Group?

The HOA has assumed control of the old Google Group and has limited its membership to only those current HOA members that are able to access the website. You can rest assured that conversations that take place in that group will be limited only to your current neighbors from now on. If you have not already joined that group, please do so at: https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en?hl%3Den#!forum/wyndham-community-news

What does the public see when they visit the website?

The public sees a basic home page, a contact us page, and an about us page. All other pages are hidden.

What about Nextdoor?

Nextdoor is not an HOA sponsored outlet, but we recognize that many of the neighbors use it (including some board members). You are more than welcome to continue using that, but official communication will only come through the website and our new Facebook group.

We have a Facebook Group?

Yes, we have started a Facebook group. It is called Wyndham HOA - Raleigh, NC. Please request to join and we’ll add you right away. We’ll share events and info there as well, when appropriate.

What kind of communication can I expect from the HOA?

The HOA strives to keep our residents up to date with all of the latest information on upcoming events and news without overwhelming you with emails.

What are our current HOA dues?

Our current HOA dues are $300.00 annually and are due on January 31st each year. Dues are not considered delinquent if paid

on or before February 15th. Payment OF THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT IS CONSIDERED DELINQUENT IF NOT RECEIVED ON OR

BEFORE the February 15th deadline. A reoccurring penalty equal to 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied each month until paid in full.
