Architecture & Covenants

Here you will find information on our Architectural standards, neighborhood covenants and the form to submit an online Architectural Request. 

We often receive questions regarding which improvements require architectural approval, below please find a list of the most common:

• • Adding a structure

    • shed

    • fence/privacy wall

    • pool

    • deck or patio

    • addition

  • Exterior Paint or surface change

  • Window Replacement

  • Roof Replacement

Items that do not require an architectural request:

• • Cutting down trees (please check with the city on the requirements as we are in the Falls Lake Watershed)

  • Planting or removing bushes

  • Replacing sod
